  1. Thanks I didn't realize that the "edit" button next to the path would give additional options including access options. Absolutely, I have a backup copying critical data to a smaller nas nightly but still wanted to play it safe. Thanks, first time doing that but it worked like a charm.
  2. Hi, I would like to install Immich but I'm a bit nervous to give it full access to all my pictures and videos. Is there an easy way to give it read only access? Call me paranoid but this would give me peace of mind pointing it at my 15yrs of pictures and videos.
  3. Hi, I'm hoping someone can help with USB passthrough. I'm trying to passthrough an iPhone but the MacOS VM is not recognizing it. Unraid sees it and I have configured the device for passthrough, but nothing inside the VM. Is there a trick to passing through to Mac? Currently running Catalina. Thanks!
  4. I have both mapped via NFS on a Ubuntu machine. The properties of each file shows this as well as a "stat" on each file. Here is a screenshot:
  5. This is kind of a 2-part question: 1. I just purchased Unraid and I'm transferring all of my data from Freenas. The issue I'm seeing is that files are reporting larger on Unraid. In some cases almost twice the size but the MD5 matches on both. Has anyone else experienced this? Freenas: Size: 4.7GB Size on disk: 4.6GB Unraid: Size: 4.7GB Size on disk: 8.6GB ^this is the most extreme case I have seen. Others report very close but still off on the bytes impacting issue #2 below. 2. I had previously copied about 75% of my data during the Unraid trial ~6months ago. I am now using rsync to copy the remaining data, however, it wants to copy every file since the size on disk does not match 100%. Is there an easy was to copy the data skipping existing files given size differences? The only option I can think of is running rsync with -c to compare checksums, but that may take forever. I may be better off wiping Unraid and starting over with a fresh one-time copy. Any ideas on how to overcome this one? Thanks in advance!
