hi, i hope you can help me. my sickbeard docker is running fine but certain configs just won't stick. for example my disks when adding a new show or my default quality settings. also in coming up shows i chose the list view but every time i refresh my browser it goes back to banner view. are those commen problems and is there something i can do about that? thanks for your help

hi, i hope you can help me. i am running crashplan on my unraid machine and it works fine but the main reason i wanted to use it was to backup my external drives connected by usb using the unassigned drives plugin. internal drives work great with crashplan but the external doesn't. it shows up in crashplan but is only displayed as an empty folder. is there anything to fix this? thanks for your help

hi, i hope you can help me because there has to be something stupid i am missing. i installed the recent crashplan docker (4.4.1) and want to configure it using a Windows tool (which is currently 4.5.2). as far as i understand i don't have to change anything in the docker configs and have to edit the ui.properties of my windows version. direct the service ip to my unraid machine and activate the service port 4243. right? because no matter what i do i can't get it to work. do both crashplan apps have to be the same version? what am I doing wrong. thanks for your help.

hi, i hope you can help me. whenever couchpotato or sickbeard sends an "update library" signal to my koma installation the playback of the video i am currently watching on my main kodi machine starts to stutter and often freezes completely for a minute or so. is there some kind of solution for this or is it just a thing i have to deal with. I thought this wouldn't be an issue since they are separate computers. thanks very much for your help

hi, i hope you can help me. i am running openvpn on my unraid machine and it works great. but i also want to owncloud in either a vm or docker but i can't get all the port forwarding right with my von provider (PIA). so my question is, if there is a way to exclude a specific docker container or vm from openvpn so it would be assigned my "normal" public ip? thanks for your help

hi, i think i am having a problem with koma helix. i have been running it for quite some time now without any problems but since yesterday the mysql database doesn't seem to update right. sickbeard/couchpotato download the files and place them in the right folders but my kodi database won't add them. i ran a couple of manual library updates and repaired the disk permissions with unraid but nothing seems to help. is there anything i can do? thanks very much for your help

hi, i guess i'm doing something wrong, but i can't really figure out what. i am always losing permission to edit/delete files on any of my drives after i accessed one of them and for example deleted a file. when i repair permissions it works again, but when i access a drive a again then i loose permissions. i'm running unraid 6b13 and aceessing through my mac and a android device. i created a user and used it for both android and mac. then i thought they both needed their own user to access correctly but this did not help. thanks very much for your help.

thanks for your help. is your version of deluge working with couchpotato? because i think i've tried everything but can't get it to work. i think i tried every combination of ip and port and added a user in the auth file like this "kodi:kodi:10" but all i get is the connection failed message. then i check my logs but it's nothing there even with debug enabled. the deluge log also shows nothing. thanks again

hi, i have a debian vm running on my unraid machine and want to run rtorrent/rutorrent on it. i want rutorrent to download files to my cache drive and therefore i mounted it with cifs and also tried 9p. i am able to read/write to it, but rutorrent doesn't seem to have permission to do so because whenever i add a torrent it won't start downloading. this i used for cifs //192.168.1.34/cache/Downloads/complete/torrents /home/<user>/tower cifs username=<user>,password=<pw>,rw,mand,uid=1000,gid=1000,iocharset=utf8,,dir_mode=07$ and this for 9p tower /mnt 9p trans=virtio,version=9p2000.L,rw 0 0 thanks very much for your help
