Usually do fresh backup after upgrading. Noticed after upgrading to 7.3.1, flash backup just hangs. Happening on two servers anyone else seeing this?

update: on the screen above, I hit enter despite no prompt. rebooted and can now access the webgui!!! awesome, thanks for the help will monitor and see if flash is going bad

put flash drive into pc, no errors detected. but then copied over the 10 'bz' files off the latest version (I was on the latest version) and got past the bzfirmware checksum error, but now am hanging on this screen

hi, I attached a monitor and keyboard. saw that it was 'stuck' at bzfirmware checksum error. probably not good lol. any advice for next steps? I feel like I probably need to plug the flash drive into my pc and check for errors? when I hit enter to reboot, it basically loops and gets back to this so not sure how to run diagnostics

I realize parity checks take a while, mine are about 16 hours or so. But normally I can reach the GUI while the parity check is taking place

Was away from home for a few days, and returned to find both my unraid servers powered down. Not sure why, this has happened sometimes during a power outage but there are no other signs of that. Powered both servers on, and can reach one through the gui. But can't reach the other. I can see the drive lights on and seem to be randomly lighting up (maybe a parity check)? but can't reach it through the gui. Any advice?

sorry I'm back for more help. I did follow the instructions, formatted the drive, then had to setup up docker.img and my dockers again but that all seems to be working. My problem is this step in the guide: Restore data and settingsTo restore data and settings: For each share you changed, set Primary storage and Secondary storage back to their original values. Move data back (array → cache): For each share you changed, set Primary storage to the destination cache pool and Secondary storage to the array. Set Mover action to array → cache. In the Main tab, click Move Now to move data back to the cache. When I go back in my shares, and set primary to array, there is not an option for secondary storage! If I choose primary as cache, I can set secondary to array. plus i'm a bit confused why I'd even want to change it back, if I think about downloads, I want them going to the cache, and then secondary as array, when the mover moves cache->array. I must be missing something!

Hi, I'm following the guide to move files off the cache so I can reformat the drive. Mover has completed, and drive is still showing as having 8.58gb left on it. from looking at the drive, its two empty folders, and a docker.img file for 42.9gb (odd because this is larger than the 8.58gb that the drive says is being used) think its okay to reformat? attaching a couple screenshots

The share that uses the cache and mover is called "Media"

hi long time very happy user! Upgraded to 7.0 a couple of weeks ago. Use Radarr, Sonarr and Sabdnzb. Recently added a tv show for my daughter, and it began downloading 10 seasons lol. Then next day noticed my sab queue was paused. Noticed my cache drive almost totally full. My setup had been to download Movies and Shows to the cache drive and have the Mover move the files to the main array each hour. But somehow this stopped happening. When I manually click 'move now' it starts and finishes all within one second. When I browse the cache drive I can see tons of recently downloaded movies and the new show for my daughter, on the cache. So I think the mover stopped moving. logs attached. hi, a few days ago all my downloads stopped unpacking! Don't believe I changed any settings. Might have updated the docker though. Downloads go where they are supposed to but they are all numbered rar files not unpacked. I can see in the settings under categories that it is set to 'delete' which I believe means repair, unpack and delete. Any suggestions?

Hi, I have had a working system for many years. Currently on 6.12.8 with docker patch installed. Noticed that plex server hadn't updated any shows/movies in last few days. In radarr, I see 24 movies which say downloaded, waiting to import. Not sure if this is a radarr, plex, or sabdnzb problem! Any advice on how to solve? update- noticed in Radarr all 24 movies say 'found archive file, might need to be extracted'. Maybe SAB stopped unpacking? I can see in my download folder, all files have not been unpacked. Not sure why this changed, or how to re-enable?

Had a power outage this morning. Server is on backup battery but my router is not. rebooted server, and router, and restarted docker a couple of times. Plex still cannot see my server even though docker is running. Not sure where to start the trouble shooting? any help is appreciated!! EDIT: it looked like my server is now showing up twice, one available and one unavailable. deleted unavailable and everything seems to be working. odd glitch

Thanks for the long write up. spent two hours digesting it lol. i think the essence is that everything needs to start at the same 'root'/relativity... i think lol Still having the issue though!!! I reset all my paths to be in accordance with your advice. spot anything off? included my docker settings for radarr, sab and sonarr. also the categories in sab. I can select a file in radarr and send to sab, which downloads into the right spot. but radarr still says 'no files eligible for import also noticed i have added paths for 'mnt'. can't recall why there or if they should be deleted

Hi all, sorry to be the slow kid in class. so my new problem is i'm getting an error in radarr that 'no files are elegible for import' after a download. I realized I had sab extracting directly to my movie folder therefore radarr was being 'cut out' of any processing. have now chnaged sab to unpack movies to a folder called '!unzip'. but now they are staying there, and radarr isn't processing them and moving them to my main movie folder. any advice? totally blank on how to trouble shoot this error
