emailed support, i dont really see this going anywhere as you were one of the ones initital that just said its my issue my key isnt working check the guide. they said i had 2 and you would email them to me. i didnt need 2 on top of my 1 i needed help and without it i made the choice to support you guys idk why and solve my own issue and get more keys. i honestly think ive got 5 but i dont keep alll the emails in the world. I wanted my 1 first key to work. that turned into figure it out your your SOL thanks anyway i've sent 3 payments proving i have paid Edit: of course trying to see the screenshot you sent leads to 404 page which sure states more info i paid

i did, i've bought 3 at least when i had these issue and yes i should of been patience but i never got a response it was jsut go to the guide and figure it out or dont.. i have a 2 year old son that can't sit up, eat thru GI tube so he doesnt drown in food. Have a bit more going on then going back and forth when i did have the funds i just saw f it ill help myself. ill get all past keys, reciepts and emails. But yes i have bought 3 minimum idk why i would need to lie. im not even expecting anything since youve changed the price i wouldnt get the pro i paid for id pro get the 6 drives maybe. rushing to work ill try to do this my friday my day off but suppose to be seeign my dad that just had multiple stroke and heart attacks. so again this is why instead of waiting for help i just fix the key issue myself with one of my main 3-4 keys i dont have the drive for those but i do and will get proof of payment. I bought 3-4 keys due to lack of help over the past 3 -4 years and i wouldnt even care if i would be recieving help but if i mess up in 365 days i wont pay another 300 for less drives.. no way. can you look up my old registrations so when and if power outage or surge or anything that happens more often then 365 days i could use one of my 3 other keys? or at least have them set up for in case i make more servers prob wont cuz lack of support. But i feel i should get the keys i paid for, and was basically told im shit outta luck buy more.

Got it solved,, but its a lil crazy the money i've got 3 keys before price rose just recently.. all pros. because the lack of help i get around here. So now if i have an issue in the next 365 day i have to spend 3 times what i origianlly spent..? for 1 key thats what for 6-12 drives when mine is max... like idk guys this doesnt seem right the lack of support even after you pay. if ur corrupt or key issues like i and what if i replace key and did it wrong.. with a sick kid that eat thru a gi tube and cant sit up at 2.5 years old my hard earn money cant keep going to support unsupportive community that now seems about money need to just figure out way to make back ups that you guys dont list. so i can have 200 then its only like 50 bucks a key /end rant

trying to download diagnostic also lead to 404 ngix page... attach diagnostic to the top post. i made a second usb hit replace, removed the old one, and it wont boot with new USB get ti bizchecksum and then get error to hit enter to reboot and keep cycling. it will boot with both usb old n new. it will boot with old but then it say fix key. if i just replaced key to new drive wouldnt this have me extra stuck.. i thought making backup from unraid server i just power off take out old one and keep new one in..

No i dont have a back up i just got out of treatment for the last year and my stuff is barely around.. so now pay 300 for a new key again ive done this before 2 other times. Trying to get this to work myself, did you just add folders? custom-services.d custom-cont-init.d Tried that as well as adding the paths by editing the docker. No luck as of yet. Thanks

i made the mistake a longtime ago as i accidentally updated from unraid 5 to m6 without thoroughly looking over the key. f you know i bought said key with m,y card number i can give you.. i have bought this SEVERAL TIMES NOW. I could pull the receipts and you guys should be able to as well. I am asking for a bit of kindness for human error here, I was recently in a car accident and just had a stroke 2 weeks ago. I did not mean to update from 5 to 6 if that was going to black list it. Is there something you can do to help ? ... and im not speeding about 300$ USD dont that 3 times. so even a lifetime membership comes with stipulations? The app but no help? I did nothing wrong to get blacklisted. I am asking for some assistance. and if the other keys were blacklisted i want to know why if possible please because i also don't know why that happened, I have constantly talked up unraid. Let me know how to fix this. Updated the server this morning again dumbo me forgot to savemy key. I've spent900 on keys alone.
