[PLUGIN] ESPurna Power Monitor

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

here is the power monitor for your ESPurna device.

The plugin works like the Tasmota Power Monitor.

You have to activate the API on your ESPurna device and enter the key in the plugin.

To enable the API from your ESPurna device go to the WebUI and click on:

1. Admin

2. Enable HTTP API

3. Auto

4. Save

If you find a nice logo for the plugin, please send it to me.

Thanks to ich777 for testing.

Created and tested with Unraid 6.9.1.

Installation as usual...

Could you advice the benefit of ESPurna over Tasmota ? ( REST API ? )

I use Tasmota without issue, (1) Send data to MQTT broker, (2) Access by Unraid thr web log, (3) Web interface access, all in parallel run. Does ESPurna have (1) and (3) ?

Thanks

I requested ESPurna. :)

Mainly use it on my devices and love it and if you need something the issues on github are answered really fast.

The initial IP is 192.168.4.1 and the username and password for the webgui is: 'admin' & 'fibonacci'

Yes it does have 1 and 3.

It also have alexa integration and much more, but I think that's also the case for Tasmota if I remember correctly.

You can also flash a Tasmota device with ESPurna and vice versa from the WebUI from what I remember back when I tried Tasmota.

@Flippo eventually you can add this to your first post:

To enable the API from your ESPurna device go to the WebUI and click on:

  1. Admin
  2. Enable HTTP API
  3. Auto
  4. Save

I have no idea about ESPurna. Never tried it. 😏

You can also use Alexa on a Tasmota device. To do this, you have to set the emulation to "Belkin WeMo".
