I dont know much about troubleshooting unraid, this is the first time I got this time of issues. I attached the diagnostic file if someone please can help me. hal9000-diagnostics-20210422-2347.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
If safe mode is working it's likely a plugin, uninstall them all. Quote Link to comment
Parzival_AR
thanks for your help. Do you have a easy way to do it? because in safe mode I dont see the plugins to be able to remove them. I asume it need to be done by command line right? Quote Link to comment
itimpi
Each plugin will have a .plg file on the flash drive under config/plugins. It is this file that triggers a plugin to be installed during the boot process so renaming this file to have a different extension and then rebooting will stop such plugins from installing. 1 Quote Link to comment
Parzival_AR
I moved all the .plg files to a nother directory. now the webgui is accesible, but the array is not starting, and I dont see any error messange . Quote Link to comment

Parzival_AR
That was a test becouse the license toldme I had to many disk, and tested to remove it, but then I put it back and didnt make any diffrence (the disk is empty) Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
OK, but the array won't auto-start with a missing disk, you can start it manually if you click the checkbox next to array start, but still need to remove the disk from the array, even if it's empty, or the array will be unprotected. Parzival_AR
i got you, my mistake was to upload the old diagnostic file. I already put the disk back but its not starting automaticly or manually. Its really strange, at least for my level of knowledge hal9000-diagnostics-20210423-1451.zip Quote Link to comment
Parzival_AR
it was a licensing issue. when I remove the drive and acept the drive been marked as failed i was permited to start the array. thanks guys for the support! 1 Quote Link to comment
