Getting lot's of Parity errors and system non-response periodically

I've had my system go non-responsive several times in the last week, resulting in an unclean shutdowns to get it back online. 

 

Webpage results in Error 500, putty won't allow login (yes the password is right), and the KVM is Black - no screen no input response.

 

On top of that, I'm getting parity errors, frequently and I'm missing the WHY on this. Funny thing is the count is the same as the LAST parity check I did LAST WEEK.

Auto parity check is non correct, so it's normal for the next one to find the same errors, if there aren't any new ones.

So I need to run a manual check to correct errors?
