I'm also having this problem after trying to update to 6.11.5. 

 

Ditto on the loop0 and bzmodules errors.

 

I've migrated to a new flash drive, tried the iommu options, etc. Downgrading to 6.9 is the only option that allows me to boot consistently.

 

edit: 6.10.3 also works.

    I have isolated the problem to be something with the hardware virtualization that is used by UNRAID to support VMs. I started by resetting my BIOS on my T610, created a fresh USB install and booted 6.
