For a bit of background, I had a usb HDD plugged into my server to use for one of my windows VMs. I used the HDD and everything worked fine. Now that I have unplugged the HDD from the server, the VM will no longer start and I get the error in the attached screenshot. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Quote Link to comment
JonathanM Posted February 17, 2022 Share Posted February 17, 2022 Plug it back in, edit the VM and uncheck all the USB devices, save the settings. Unplug the drive, then add any USB devices back into the VM config. Quote Link to comment
