It's a known issue.

I'd love an explanation, this has been plaguing me for like a week out of the blue and since it's not *actually* broken I haven't waded through all the forum posts to find out why this happens but I am curious!

Mainly since I get errors in the log before I even launch the VNC viewer in my browser, yet everything works.... It's just interesting.

as stated known issue, that I too came across, Looks like something in 6.10.X messed up the VNC or something. Easiest bandaid (note, not fix) is to use "Private" or "Incognito" mode in your browser to access the VNC windows. I have no idea if 6.11 fixes it or not, I havn't updated.
