Which Plex-Docker do you use?

Maybe a restart can help...

Plex-Media-Server.

the official one.

i tried reboot the system and the docker app. didnt work

Please post diagnostics.

What does the plex docker log say?

If you try and access the docker web page like this:

192.168.1.241:32400/web/index.html#!

Does it work?

192.168.1.241:32400/web/index.html#!
this one dosent work. same error page.

and i will post here the diagnostic.

thanks for the help :)

The Error says: "Connection refused" - this means, there is a permission problem (normaly)

Maybe thats the reason - try to "secure" one share an see what happens...

What are the permissions on your Plex folder?

I can access the Plex GUI no problem (192.168.3.110:32400) and it is on a VLAN separate from the subnet for unRAID.

Here are the permissions I have on the Plex folder in appdata:

it is really wired, because when i asked my family, it turned out that it has stop working couple of days before i upgraded the os. and i didnt change any setting in a while.

Hello there,

I'm facing the same issue as the OP is facing after updating unraid to 6.11. A solution will be much appreciated.

Regards,

glad to know i am not the only one with this wired problem :)

just want to update that i tried downgrading to version : 6.10.3 and it is still not working.

in addition i spoke to the unraid support and they said that because its a third party app they cant help us.

if anyone is having a solution please let us now.

I restored the appdata using CA Backup plugin and everything is working fine currently. I guess some files got corrupted during the update from 6.10.x to 6.11.

I'm not sure how to fix the issue if I didn't have a backup.

can you please tell me how you did this?
i have a backup of the os on a usb drive from couple of weeks ago, is it helpful?
