Suddenly cannot update any apps. "Configuration not found. Was this container created using this plugin?"

I get this weird error message when I try to update any apps, "Configuration not found. Was this container created using this plugin?"

I'm not even sure what that means or how to fix it.  My array / OS is running fine, but I can't update any apps.  Any thoughts?

Flash drive problems:

Oct 20 18:19:39 CoppaNAS kernel: FAT-fs (sda1): error, fat_get_cluster: invalid start cluster (i_pos 0, start d82b2156)

Run chkdsk on it, also uninstall the Nerdpack plugin, not compatible with v6.11.

WELP, did the chkdsk (also deleted nderdpack) and now it looks like this (attachment).  All my dockers / apps are messed up now.

See new diagnoistics as well.

Time to remake the usb from a backup?  No idea whats going on now.  Seems like that made things worse.

@coppatop, did this work for you or did you resolve this in another way? I'm also running into this!

Thanks!
