Hello guys, i just want to know, is Raw read error rate a problem?

After ask seagate for RMA, they send me another 8 TB disc, that i swapped last night for parity, when i wake up this morning i checked the smart status on that disk and check a lots of bad values... see attached printscreen.

This is not normal right?

After see this i swapped for my another ironwolf 4 TB old parity, and i checked lots of bad values too. i also attached the printscreen.

i will think about change all my seagate disks for another brand, i cant trust it anymore...

Thanks in advance!
