Rebuilding parity

Hi sorry for another question but I just upgraded from an A10-6700 to an i5-1300 and was under the assumption that my system would run quicker, but running parity rebuild it doesn’t seem so the cpu cores are hardly moving, explain please ?

    Your CPU wasn't the bottleneck for parity rebuilds.   170 MB/s is about all you will get with any CPU
