Mark Error Drive Healthy Based on This Smart Report?

I am running long SMART tests on all my drives. I plan to replace any with 187 higher than 0, but I’m confused about the drive below. It has a thumbs down in Unraid, but to my eyes the long SMART results only show CRC/cable issues

 

Should I consider the drive safe to use and, if so, how can I get rid of the “thumbs down” health status in Unraid?

Almost always due to connection issues (very slightly loose cabling, too many splitters etc).  Reseat, acknowledge the thumbs down and then see if it increases again)
