unraid Froze

alright i turned on the log server as you told me to, but the unraid pc froze again mid partity check ,

 

a month or 2 ago i also had wierd problems with this pc, like when i downgraded to more efficientness after that it started to happen

 

before this the pc randomly turned off in a frozen state, reset and power button did not work , power led and nic leds where active and lit, i had to pull the  wall plug fo abt 30 sec to able to boot the pc again, for some reason, 2 months it worked fine and now i am having a diffrent freezing, the pc and all stays on but there is no video output or anything useable, i can not log in the unraid from web , smb, and dockers are not reacable either

 

before this my unraid pc  setup was like this

i have latest bios, i resetted bios twice, i dont use xmp,

i swapped ram modules arround,

i reseated the cpu

It seems you are having similar issues as @halorrr and myself. We are all on 6.12.3 and we experience system crashes, without anything in the log that is helpfull.

I am investigating if the USB flash drive is to blame (as the hardware is not changed). Hopefully someone can help pinpoint the issue, find the root cause. I might return to 6.11 this weekend if we cannot make any progress.

ok recently the freezing came back

wierd thing is i even took a screenshot yesterday and it uptime was 15.7hours

and the log says

there is nothing in the log file that recorded it besides spinning down the  /dev/sdk ,

 

 so i dont know what is goig on again, it was gone for a while the shutdown freezing

Unfortunately there's nothing relevant logged, this usually points to a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
