Solved - how to update LSI SAS2008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2 [Falcon] (rev 03)

Hi guys i'm having a lot of issue with multiple hdd and i changed the cables etc and i was wondering if i needed to update the firmware card maybe 

 

I got this card LSI SAS2008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2 [Falcon] (rev 03)

This is already the latest firmware, problem looks more power/connection related, try a different PSU if possible, also avoid any SATA splitters, especially if splitting one SATA into more than two.
