Post current diags and the share name(s) you expect to be moved.

Attached are my diags.

Effectively anything in the cache drive in folders cache>data>media should be moving

Disk2 is full, you can set that share to split all, and it will move to other disks

Hi @JorgeB

I am here but unsure which option to choose. Ideally I'd prefer the subfolders stay in the parent folder that stays on a single disk (just incase drives have issues, then the files in a parent directory are together).

Is there an option I should choose for this or is this not possible?

That works but only for folders at that level that don't already exist on the array, if they already exist, split level overrides allocation method, so Unraid will write to that disk.

Oh okay in that case should I choose split any directory as required and then invoke the move manually?

That should work, would also recommend moving some data from disk2 to a different disk.

Okay thank you. Im trying to the move as we speak.

I was reading that balancing should be left alone to unraid, is there a safe way to move files from one disk to another? Then I can try emptying disk 2 a bit.

Use the Dynamix File Manager plugin (which is now built into Unraid 7).   It will not let you do unsafe moves.

If you mean rebalancing, Unraid doesn't do that.

Thanks @itimpi and @trurl . I figured after reading that its best to let Unraid do the balancing, just sucks that one drive is completely loaded versus spread out.

I do have the dynamic plugin but I'll need to play around more if the subfolders on some directors are split up.
