Folder on cache drive can't be deleted

After running mover several times there is a folder with one file that cannot be deleted from my cache drive. I have shared the drive, copied the folder to my desktop and tried to delete the folder and I am being told permission denied. How can I get rid of this thing?

    You likely have a program running that has the file open. If you can't figure out what that program is and stopping it, then you can always go with the nuke-from-orbit method for your unRAID server ... ie: Have you tried turning it off and on again?
