All the diags show writes speeds around that value.

 

I see that most disk are pretty full, to which disk were you writing? Disks are considerably slower in the inner sectors

Disk is like 70% used, so that can be normal, it should be noticeably faster writing to an empty disk, assuming no other bottlenecks.

Fair enough, I will try again on an empty disk. Appreciate the guidance!

I tried moving large files from the cache to a new 22TB drive with less than 25% usage and still getting transfer speeds of less than 150 MB/s. What could possibly be causing this bottleneck???

Controller? Run the diskpeed container test, and post the results for both the disks and the controller.
