Hi,

I have 2 issues and wonder if they are relate :

Issues 1 :

I have a red error and when I click on it it say :

NETWORK: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND mothership.unraid.netCLOUD: Socket closed

Issues 2:

All my pluging and docker say "updates not available"

I restart the server but same result.

I fix it myself by downgrading from 7.1.3 to 7.1.2.

Issues seem to be fix now. Must be a bugs.

Try updating to 7.1.4, a few users had connectivity issues with 7.1.3.

I've started getting this error recently too. I've been on 7.1.3 for a while but its only started recently. Will try update once a rebuild is finished.

I had the same issue on 7.1.3. After updating to 7.1.4 it got resolved.

I am having the same issue. I started when i moved the server to a my new house. I can still access the websites and other hosted services but i am getting the

NETWORK: Unable to connect to mothership at https://mothership.unraid.net CLOUD: Socket closed

and i can not update the plugins or access the APPs page. Also the Tailscale plugin does not let me login. I am on 7.1.4, but even if i was on an ealier version i could not upgrade since when i click upgrade OS in the tools it just keeps spinning for ever. Any ides on how to resolve? thank you in advance.

EDIT: I did notice that i can not access any sites, like google.com, from a browser running on the Unraid server directly. However, the sites i host on various VMs and the docker services like the reverse proxy all work fine and i can access them remotely. Its the "other way" accessing the internet from the server that appears to be broken.

Im experiensing the same issue,

for me it happend when i upgraded theminboard, and raid controller on my server. all the rest is the same

have checked that the time is corect, rebooted the router, rebooted the server (ofcourse) loged out and back in to unraidconnect.

i can ping mothership.unraid.net from all my other devices.

following this, hoping somone figures it out.

wil post if i figgure it outmyself.
