August 14, 2025Aug 14 Sounds interesting! I run an LSI SAS2008, which as far as I know, should be something supported by this.I've been running Unraid without any issues with my LSI SAS2008 for a few years. What are some features/functions of storcli64 that I and other Unraid users may benefit from that we're otherwise not getting in the Unraid OOBE?And are there any gotchas? E.g., having the array stopped before doing anything using it? If so, this should definitely be a warning somewhere. Edited August 14, 2025Aug 14 by Hammy Havoc

August 16, 2025Aug 16 Author It all depends on the hardware. There are two versions of storcli in the plugin:storcli-3404 and storcli-3205storcli runs build 3404. You could try storcli-3205 and see if that does any better.

I don’t quite understand. If you're wondering if you need it, you don't. You would know if it would help you :)(It's for managing the card itself / updating firmware / etc... if yours is working fine, it doesn't do anything.) Edited October 7, 2025Oct 7 by EDACerton
