Since it's a 14th gen Intel CPU it may be affected by the Intel 13/14 gen issues, though most of the time, K models are the more affected.

To start, enable the syslog server and post that after a crash, to see if there's something logged or if it looks more like a hardware problem.

I've configured syslog server on Unraid itself, for today i have those logs. I've experience an impossibility to reboot around 12 and a crash around 13. I'm currently configuring a syslog server on an external device.

I see "time not synchronized" but no hint that it happens later somewhere ?!?!?

No internet connection or missing/wrong ntp servers configured?

Without a valid time many services wont function correctly or at all.

Unfortunately, there's nothing relevant logged, this can also be a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one, including the individual
