UnMenu vs. SimpleFeatures

Featured Replies

Since most of you all are the experts what is the difference in UnMenu vs. SimpleFeatures? or is it just personal preference on GUI interface? I am assuming you cannot run both of them or it may dork things up? I am currently running rc-15a, which worked fine on the upgrade but had no plugins when I did it, so now I am ready to do the plugins but having a hard time determine the best ones to use  :-\. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Greg

You can run both without issue.

yesterday I had to run a resync and with simple features the speed is half has much as without it. I know they are currently fixing it, but otherwise it's fantastic

Thanks for the information so far! I am trying to pick the right plugin to use without causing any issues with the UnRAID.

I'd use UnMenu => it's more stable; doesn't have any known issues (like SimpleFeatures does); and works very nicely.    Between it and the standard Web GUI I think you'll find you have all the tools you really need to manage your array.

+1 on unMenu....don't forget you get myMain as well. I agree, between the WebGUI and uM/mM you've got it covered. Like Cambell's Soup....um..mm-good!  ::)
