Donwloaded unRAID but I keep getting an error

I downloaded the recent version of unRAID and every time I try to unzip or open the files, unRAIDServer-5.0.3-i386, I keep getting this error message and I also dont see "For Windows Vista or Windows 7, right-click the file make_bootable and select Run as administrator".

    Your download propably failed and is broken. Please redownload. A download manager which is able to resume broken downloads might help if it fails again. FreeDownloadManager is quite good.

    I downloaded on three computers and it still results the same.  Bought to try at work.
