Newegg has the above listed for $290 before the mail in rebate.  $240 after rebate is a pretty good price for this little guy.

I have one set up running unRAID and being used as a dedicated Crashplan backup server.  Its sole function is the backup of all the computers in my house (save for my main unRAID server) along with some friends and families computers.

 

I am very tempted to grab another just to have one.

It takes you to the current shell shocker deals.  Since it was posted on the 10th I've got to assume the shell shocker deal was only available on the 10th.  Your link shows that the shell shocker deal wasn't such a deal after all since the price remained the same after it ended.  Just a guess but I though I remembered seeing it on a shell shocker deal myself.
