Thanks, steelersfan, crowdx42.

The Fry's deal is, with tax, full five bucks less, but it's "one per houshold", so I think I'll have one of each. Also following the mantra "don't buy big drives in batches".  :D

Ahh, and for Fry's deal lookie here: www.frys.com/product/7859639

It really is just 1 per visit to the store. I have bought 2 already :)

Oh, it's good know, thanks again... however, with two 4TB just purchased and another one already in the mail, well, I think it'll keep me floating for couple of months, so I could sit in an ambush for a better price...  OK, I'll think about it more on my way to Fry's for the disk pick up. :)

It can be 1 per register. I was at a certain Fry's in the midwest a couple of years back. Was informed that the great deal I found on a 1TB was 1/customer. I was about to leave one when the girl at the next register piped up with "I could ring one up over here".

Deal!  :)

I've also walked out of the store with my 1, dropped it off in the car, then walked right back in to pick up a second 1/purchase item.

Back on sale again for $154.99 after promo EMCPWWD23 until 1/22.
