It looks the part especially going off your description in that other thread. The seller has a really good rep, it's from the US and says it was from their FreeNAS and it should work in unRAID.

    I fitted the M1015 (flashed to IT mode) from Ebay and now the server wakes and sleeps without a problem.  :)
