Win10 VM Pause Issue - Domain is Tainted

Here's what happens:

[*]Start (or restart) Windows 10 VM

[*]VM will enter a paused state, usually after only a few minutes

[*]VM log shows "domain is tainted" errors

[*]Lay down

[*]Try not to cry

[*]Cry a lot

So far, I haven't been able to track down any sort of concrete solution or, really, even so much as a hypothesis as to what the hell is going on with this.  I am, unfortunately, very much out of my depth with this issue and I don't know what to do next so I am completely dead in the water insofar as the functionality of this VM is concerned.  I've included my XML configuration and VM Log below.

I'm no VM expert, but try not to add all the CPU cores to the guest.  If you do then afaik when the host needs some CPU power it'll sacrifice the guest for it.  Might be worth a shot.

 

EDIT: Host CPU starts with 0 I think, I never allocate 0 to a guest.
