User Shares Missing, not Adblock issue.

I'm having an issue with my unraid as of last night.

Cable came loose on one of my drives, so I rebooted and rebuilt the array.

Now, all of my User Shares are missing.  This isn't the standard adblocker blocking the webGUI, the shares do not show up in SMB.

When I browse individual drives in my array, the share folders are still there, so I know the data and files are still present.

I tried to add a new share with the same name as an existing share, the webgui gave me the message "Share [share Name] has been deleted."

I've tried stopping and starting the array, rebooting, rebooting into safe mode, I removed my cache drive.  I'm lost as to where to proceed.

Here is a diagnostic zip:

I would think that if you stop the array, and then remove (or rename) the share.cfg and share specific .cfg files from the flash, then on restarting the array shares would be recreated with default settings because of the presence of the top level folders. If you do this, do not forget you would need to re-enable User Shares in the settings (with the array stopped).

Ok will give this a try.

So I tried reinstalling unraid onto a new flash drive.  Same issue.

This is with a brand new fresh config, nothing was copied from the old install except my key.  If I try to add a share of any kind, even if it is a different name than what I already have on my drives, i'll get a messaging saying "Share "share_name" was deleted."

This is really frustrating.

Appears to be data corruption from the drive with the bad cable.

Did a disk check on it, and now my shares showed up after doing a tree rebuild.

Why exactly do user shares fail to show up if one drive has corrupted data?  The individual disk volume shares would show up, including the bad drive.

If the user shares include all disks then it is going to try to read all disks when processing user shares.
