Rebel
Hi Guys, I used to use the unmenu parity check and smtp packages to do checks and email reports on the older versions, I stopped using the unmenu and moved to the schedule checks (first day of the month) when it moved into unraid main (on 6.2 now) last week I got round to doing email notifications in the settings and started to get "Resync Notification - Status: The unRaid array is resync/rebuilding parity." emails every hour even when it's not checking, I then unticked array status email notification but still getting it and have since unticked ALL email and I'm STILL getting erroneous notifications! Any ideas guys? Chris. Quote Link to comment
Frank1940
What is the setting of 'Array status notification:' on the Settings >>> 'Notifications' page? Quote Link to comment

trurl
Why do you have your appdata share set to Use cache: Yes? Normally people set that share to Use cache: Only or Prefer. Your appdata is being moved, which is known to break things. Also, you mention unMenu as if you aren't using it anymore, but it and its autoinstall PKGs are still being loaded in your go file. /boot/unmenu/uu cd /boot/packages && find . -name '*.auto_install' -type f -print | sort | xargs -n1 sh -c Perhaps that is the source of your emails. Rebel
Just an update, it would appear to have been the snmp on unmenu (even though it wasn't configured) - Thank you Trurl for your help, you seem to have solved it. Quote Link to comment
