lixe Posted February 24, 2017 Share Posted February 24, 2017 Suddenly I can't connect to the web GUI by IP anymore, but still can connect by SSH. Is there a way to stop the array and restart the system by terminal? Or should I do something else instead? The only problem is that I'm on the road the next two days, so I can not physically do anything, just a OpenVPN connection to my home network. Link to comment
LSL1337 Posted February 24, 2017 Share Posted February 24, 2017 Since the latest update, my webui is much slower, sometimes it won't respond for 1-2 hour. (no, my cpu is not hammered, it's well below 10% cpu usage) didn't change anything else i can think of. Link to comment
John_M Posted February 24, 2017 Share Posted February 24, 2017 If you can still ssh into your server type diagnostics which will collect useful troubleshooting information and save it to your boot device. Wait a few minutes then type poweroff which will shut it down as cleanly as possible. When you get to it you can copy the diagnostics zip file from the logs folder on the boot device and attach it to your next post. Link to comment
