Daily parity check starting on its own

Featured Replies

Hello,

Lately my Unraid is starting a Parity check almost daily. That's a lot of burden on my machine. Before that it was running only upon request, never automatically.

What happened?

Any change because of the latest updates or is it a problem I have?

Post your diagnostics. Could it be possible that your machine is rebooting causing the parity check? Have you checked your machines uptime?

Parity check is running because your server is rebooting on it's own:

You may try change the shutdown timeout timer from 60(default) to 120.
