Obviously, if you want easy access to the Stick, you'll have to keep it on the outside of the box. The smallest I could find is already discussed here. Another option of course is to put it INSIDE. Physical Access to the stick is not a priority 1 requirement, I'd think. If your MoBo has no Type-A slot, you could try and use one of these pictured below, which will convert a USB Pin-Header into two small Slot-A connectors. I really like how that adapter looks. Where do you get it from? I looked on new egg and everything I've found so far looks like a dongle.
