New hardware is more likely to have problems than slightly less new. Google bathtub curve.

 

Check connections, then get new diagnostics immediately after rebooting. No SMART info for some disks in these diagnostics. Likely a connection issue. Cables should be loose enough so they aren't straining the connections. Also, have you done a memtest?
