You can't replace a trial flash drive, you need to register the new one and then can copy the config from the old one, you start a new config with another trial on the new flash drive.

My first trail ends tomorrow.

How do i register the new USB drive? do you mean buy a license?

I really need to see that everything works so i really need to get stuff like this done before i know that unRAID is the right solution for me.

I'm still having a few problems and i was planing on doing a forum post about that.

Yes

If you havn't asked for an extension you can still ask for two 15 days extensions so each trial can last 60 days max, because like I said you can't replace a trial key, this is done on purpose, as it's not uncommon for a user to have 5 or 6 flash drives laying around and replacing them after 60 days you could be running a trial for a year.
