grither Posted February 26, 2018 Share Posted February 26, 2018 have been using the plugin so long, can't recall how to preclear without! haven't cleared a drive since upgrading to 6.4, but need to tonight. probably need to reinstall the script also. tried searching, but can someone point me to preclear instructions and script that work under 6.4.1?? You can find information beginning with this post and continuing on in this thread. https://lime-technology.com/forums/topic/54648-preclear-plugin/?page=72&tab=comments#comment-632655 As with all plugins, there is a certain amount of risk involved using a modified plugin but this one has been tested by many folks and found to work. As you read the thread, you will find that a user who ran a Linux utility to find the differences between the original plugin and the new one. (The plugin is a script written for BASH so the differences are 'normal' English.) He also computed the md5 sum for both files. IF you download the patch plugin, you might want to double that MD5 sum before using it. Link to comment
