I am just testing to see if it is okay to upgrade from 6.3.5 to 6.5.0, and after running the update assistant, it found 1 issue "community.applications.plg () is not known to Community Applications"...

it looks like you've renamed the .plg on flash drive

 

EDIT:  Something obviously went wrong somewhere.  Most likely in the appfeed.  But, it all seems to be working now

In this case, the something that obviously went wrong was me when the tool is run on 6.3.x
