StorybookBus03 Posted March 30, 2018 Share Posted March 30, 2018 While unraid is booting on my machine; first time ever doing this; it states near the end “cannot find device “bond0” and then after a little bit more code which I don’t understand, it says “unRAID Server OS Version : 6.5.0” Then giving me an IPv4 address but next to the IPv6 address, it says “ not set.” I have absolutely no idea what bonding is, and I’m trying to get this to work on my old windows 7 machine, but when I search the IP address Microsoft edge (On my windows 10 machine) says “Hmmm…can’t reach this page” that drives me insane; and the same thing happens if I search https://tower Link to comment
Jason Rasmussen Posted May 1, 2018 Share Posted May 1, 2018 I'm new to Unraid myself, and tried just about everything but 169.x.x.x address and cannot type, and the came across this post below. I was using brand new 32gb Samsung flash drives, then I formatted an old 16gb USB 2.0 Patriot drive and boots up no issue, grabs IP address and can type in the command prompt. Try a different USB drive, run the makebootable batch file as admin, then try. Link to comment
