tmchow
I need to replace my parity drive and debating between $180 for a 6TB WD Red 5400rpm or $250 for a 6TB WS Red Pro 7200rpm. Will a 7200rpm drive for parity make a difference and is it worth the added cost? Link to comment
John_M
For a 39% price premium, it would have to make a significant difference to be worth it, in my opinion. You get much greater gains by enabling turbo write. Link to comment
