It looks like you have at least one USB attached external drive and your call traces/IRQ issues appear to be USB related. Since the problems are being caused with IRQ 16, you need to find out what is assigned to IRQ 16. I don't know why you are getting a "no such file or directory" error on "cat /proc/interrupts" As seen below, I am able to run it without issue on both my unRAID servers. My backup server has USB1 assigned to irq 16. Your server likely does as well. I am curious if any other drivers are assigned to irq 16. From the terminal can you do a "cd /proc" Is there a /proc directory? Here is the /proc/interrupts output from my main server: Here is the output from my backup server: Edited May 25, 20188 yr by Hoopster

So i just unplugged the USB when starting the VM, it booted fine if anything it was faster, but then i got 5 IRQ work interrupts not 3... Edited May 26, 20188 yr by Rezzo

NVM, i gave up on eufi too early, i finally got it working, no idea how but i did. Edited May 26, 20188 yr by Rezzo
May 26, 20188 yr Author So i have no idea if its because im using OVMF with hyper-v off or because i switched around the USB's (install drive and mouse and keyboard) but i now have ni IRQ work interrupts.....problem solved? Edited May 26, 20188 yr by Rezzo
May 26, 20188 yr Author and gpu drivers installed and oh, look at that, the lag still exists...I have no idea how to check for the issues like whats causing the IRQ issues or anything so i cant figure out what the issue is at all and nothing anybody has said worked, also no tutorials remedy this issue.....Am i just completely fucked? Is there no chance? Something interesting though, just started terminal before my vm and it said this - "Message from syslogd@Tower at May 26 11:24:34 ... kernel:Disabling IRQ #16" why? Theres nothing different between when i had no IRQ 16 errors and now....Also this only happened when i pulled my display cable from my motherboard and put it in my GPU... The only thing i can possibly think of is the fact that i've got a display port to vga adapter because my monitor only has a VGA cable (its a BenQ from 2013 its not a box dw), could that be the issue maybe? Like would that be why when i install GPU drivers it turns to shit? Edited May 26, 20188 yr by Rezzo
