phneutral Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 Howdy folks I've just had a pending sector count error on one of my drives. I replaced it and started the array and it appeared to be rebuilding just fine. It finished after a few minutes which seemed too quick for 2.84TB, but now the brand new disk is disabled and I have error warnings... The disk settings page hangs and won't show any SMART data. Is the new drive DOA? Can I just put a new one in and start the rebuild again? Logs attached ErrorWarningSystemArrayLogin.pdf Link to comment

What seemed odd is that the drive was assigned before the first rebuild attempt... It then showed 'disabled' rather than offline leading me to think unRaid had disabled it but I couldn't figure out why... Link to comment
