Array always Starting... (Problem)

Hi, guys.

 

Affter a week powered off my server today i've switched on and somehing wrong is happening.

 

Via SSH i can access all the contents of my /mnt/user/... and i can see the array files, but in the web interface all i can see is a message saying "Array starting - Mounting disks".

 

And i can'r start the docker application because the array it is no mounted (but via CLI the array it's up an running).

 

Any suggestions, please?

PS: I've upgrade to 6.5.3 if it fix the problem, but i got the same results.

Try the "Safemode" boot option when booting (Will skip your plugins)

I suspect it is your Ransomware plugin giving you issues, test that by removing it or disabling it...

 

If neither of those help, what is the results of this?

I haven't booted on safe mode yet, because i'm copying some files.

 

The first thing i saw in Fix Common Problems was the Ransomware plugin error, but i can't uninstall it from the web gui.

 

I'll try to delete it manually in the pendrive.
