New ZPool degraded after reboot
After your suggestion I checked the wiring (although everything seemed to be well connected) and now all the disks do appear in the pool. I have been having hardware reboots for a while (despite having a 750W power supply, connecting so many disks on each line was causing me problems) and now that I seemed to have the system stable, I had noticed that the pool had degraded due to the lack of a disk. Now everything seems to be fine. I am going to run a Scrub to verify that everything is ok. Thank you very much for putting me on the track JorgeB! 😘

New ZPool degraded after reboot
Good afternoon. After a series of reboots due to a hardware instability issue that I have already fixed, I found one of my ZPool marked as degraded. I am attaching my diagnosis in case someone could help me to get that Pool back to correct. Thank you very much. midiam.local-diagnostics-20241001-1204.zip

Degraded ZFS Pool
Hello, JorgeB. I have done everything as you told me. I exported the zpool, checked that the disks were correctly assigned and, just in case, I restarted the server to mount the array + containers. And everything is working as usual. I am hugely grateful for your time and help. PS: Do you have a Patreon or Paypal to pay for a coffee or a beer?

This GUI screenshot shows the current pool allocation I have. From the GUI I see everything correct. Shall I proceed with what you have indicated? PS: Indeed... All the disks in the Rocinante pool must be 18 TB.

Degraded ZFS Pool
This is one of the doubts I have had during this whole process. I created the pool using the ZFS Master plugin and I have assigned the drives using the HDD IDs/SERIAL NUMBER as a reference. This screenshot shows the drive names they had originally and now they are mapped in the same order. The names of the drives have changed as a result of all this problem. I attach a screenshot of the mapping I did from the GUI in case it is useful. PS: I think that drive is the one that was originally in that pool (based on the serial number of the disks).

Degraded ZFS Pool
I have fixed the export command by zpool export tycho, since it was telling me that when exporting I had to indicate a name starting with a letter. Then I have put zpool import 5924509355974799305 rocinante and everything has been mounted correctly. What would be the next step to mount the remaining pool (tycho)? Thanks!
-
Degraded ZFS Pool
Yes. The name of the zpool is wrong and is pointing to rocinante mounting point. Is it possible rename the pool?

The name is wrong, because the content inside belongs to rocinante, but seems well mounted. pool: tycho state: ONLINE scan: resilvered 12.9T in 1 days 19:11:37 with 0 errors on Wed Sep 4 04:23:27 2024 config: NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM tycho ONLINE 0 0 0 raidz1-0 ONLINE 0 0 0 sdk1 ONLINE 0 0 0 sde1 ONLINE 0 0 0 sdh1 ONLINE 0 0 0 sdd1 ONLINE 0 0 0 sdf1 ONLINE 0 0 0 sdg1 ONLINE 0 0 0 errors: No known data errors Following step?

Degraded ZFS Pool
After deleting the missing cache disk with the command you indicated, I have reassigned again the disks to each of the pools and now it tells me that the pool is unmountable and the option it gives me is to format it all... T_T I don't know if it can be mounted by hand from the CLI somehow? I send the current logs (I have configured unRAID so that it does not launch docker and can interfere with something) Any suggestions? Thanks! PS: I think I'm going to cry.... midiam.local-diagnostics-20240904-1637.zip
