I'm looking to buy a new HBA card, for my system rebuild. I've heard a lot of good things about the LSI 9211-8i. It seems to fit all my needs in terms of SAS ports, price, and reliability. I was reading over on the Emby forums that people have had to downgrade the firmware from version p20 to p16 to make it work with Linux Ubuntu. I was wondering if Unraid had to do the same.

    You can use P20, just make sure it's the latest available, 20.00.07, earlier ones have issues.
