WebUI not accessible after trying to activate trial key

Featured Replies

I am trying to install Unraid 6.6.6 on one of my servers to test and see if it will do the job I am looking for.

I have installed and booted the USB, which will allow me to connect to the web UI, however as soon as I register for the trial licence the web UI is no longer accessible and I only get "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".

I have now tried on 2 different USB sticks and gotten the same result.

Any suggestions on how or why this is happening would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip to your next post.

Attached are the logs from after the registration says that it completed.  Once the notification comes up then, "unregistered" indication does not go away, and after restart of the server the webGUI is not longer accessible.

The logs were collected via the console.

Have you tried a different USB port, preferably USB2?

Check the setting of your BIOS clock.

Actually, looking again at your diagnostics you may have an ethernet connection issue. It is only showing 100 connection not 1000.

Thanks for the feedback.  It does appear to be network related.  It appears that the machine was happening internet connectivity issues.  Once this was fixed the webGUI was available again and the trial timer was activated.
