[SOLVED] Registered and Unraid still not showing registered

I'm a noob with unraid.

 

I think I might have screwed something up. I purchased a Plus licence through the web gui on new Unraid machine.

 

The installation still doesn't show as being registered, multiple reboots - and I can't even start a trail since my Flash Guid shows up as registered to someone else (I assume thats me....🙁).

 

I did note that I didn't check the time on the server and it was set to NA pacific time - I'm in NA eastern time. Could that be whats causing the issue?

 

Anyway - any and all suggestions welcome.

 

Or should I contact Lime directly.....

When you purchased the license you should have received an email with the license key file attached.      That file needs to be put into the Config folder on the USB drive.

Well I got the email acknowledging registration but no file attached.

I have emailed lime. Not really impressed so far.

 

And whats up with that crappy Firefox browser....keeps crashing. Oh well....chalk it up to noobidity...😏

 

Now I wait for Lime.

Thanks for your response. This led me to look for another email and I found it. 😋

Because of the crappy way outlook works online😖, this email was not showing up in the in box. Not sure why but did a search and bam!   

All registered and setup proceeding.
