    I have been waiting for a few days to monitor system health. It appears my issue was a bad / failing power supply. I noticed a low reading in the BIOS and pulled the PSU to test with a multi-meter. The 3.3v and 5v rails were both reading low. I replaced the PSU and my array has been running for over five days now without error.
