High CPU Wait Corrupting SQLite DBs?

I'm running a setup with a few docker containers,

bazarr, deluge, glances, jackett, plexmediaserver, radarr, and sonarr.

I noticed I was randomly having my PMS, Sonarr, and radarr end up with a corrupted SQLiteDB which was what ended up making me install glances and noticing there's a ton of CPU_IOWAIT happening, I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to correct this or if anyone else has run into a similar issue... getting tired of wiping out my databases for all of these and starting over.

Logs from glances;
