November 25, 20196 yr Can't seem to run them in Win10 VM. I tried both Nox and Bluestack and they both get stuck at 99%. Anyone have success running these programs?
December 26, 20196 yr You need to enable nested virtualization and even after that, it is not guaranteed to work. Why don't you install androidx86, try chromiumOS with croissant or Linux with ARChon as separate VM, it would be less of a hassle, than figuring out how to run VM in a VM.

February 11, 20206 yr I did some testing and conclude, that for my needs BlissOS (more uptodate android x86) works the best.

Just took an ISO for x86 from the official download page and created the VM from linux template. Today the versions are different, so you need to post logs to get more help
